About This Service

EMDR consultation at The Confidential provides licensed therapists with structured, professional guidance as they pursue EMDRIA (EMDR International Association) credentialing and deepen their clinical competency in trauma-informed practice.

Consultation is offered by Kristina Quinn, LPC, EMDR Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant-in-Training, in Mansfield, Texas and via telehealth.

As a Consultant-in-Training, Kristina can cover 15 of the 20 consultation sessions required for EMDRIA certification and provides referrals to an approved EMDRIA Consultant for the remaining 5.

Who This Is For

Consultation at The Confidential is designed for:

• Licensed therapists who have completed or are currently enrolled in EMDRIA-approved EMDR basic training

• Clinicians working toward EMDR Basic Training completion requirements

• Therapists pursuing EMDRIA Certified Therapist status

• Clinicians seeking to deepen their EMDR case conceptualization, protocol fidelity, and clinical decision-making

• Therapists interested in integrating somatic and nervous-system-informed perspectives into their EMDR work

Eligible licenses include: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, and equivalent licensed mental health professionals.

What to Expect in Consultation

Consultation sessions are private, professional, and tailored to your current level of training and credentialing goals.

During consultation, you can expect:

• Review of your EMDR training status and credentialing path

• Guidance on case conceptualization and protocol application

• Discussion of clinical decision-making, challenges, and EMDR process questions

• Space to review cases, ask questions, and build clinical confidence

• Integration of somatic experiencing perspectives into EMDR practice where relevant

All client cases are discussed in a de-identified format in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Sessions are scheduled by appointment and conducted in a private, professional environment.

EMDR Individual Consultation, 50 min.: $75
EMDR Group Consultation (2–4 participants), 100 min.: $50/hr (availability varies)
